Individual Practice

You're sick and tired of animal exploitation? You think it is wrong to treat non-human animals as means to human animal's ends? Then go vegan and get active! First step is to analyse your own behaviour. How does your way of living affect other animals? Consuming meat, fish, eggs, milk, honey, wool, leather, fur, feathers (any animal product), going to the zoo or a circus with animals means to support a system, in which animals are systematically exploited. In this system, animals don't have a value of their own, but only an economical value. The individual animals don't matter, they are degraded to mere objects. Domestication, taking away the animal's autonomy, encagement and torture for their short lifetime, abuse, slaughterhouses, factory farming and millions of killed animals every day are only some examples of the perverted way humans treat non-human animals. Ethical veganism denies the right of humans to use non-human animals for their needs and therefor going vegan means not being part of the exploitation of animals, a refusal to treat animals like objects and a statement for an alternative way of living in respect of non-human animals. We encourage everyone to go vegan! Animals are autonomous individuals, not productive objects. As animal exploitation is a very fundament of our society, long-term animal liberation demands a revolutionary change of society, a change of living, a change of treatment of our fellow earth inhabitants.
